Since broadloom is installed over a carpet pad, it can look great even if your substrate has minor imperfections. If broadloom is installed with the right underlay material, it can create a softer and plusher feel than carpet tile allows. Also, you’ll find the cost of broadloom is far less expensive than carpet tiles.
