Throughout the course of the construction of the Dollar Tree Distribution Center #16 in Rosenberg, TX, Atlas Flooring proved to be an integral part of the project team. One of the biggest challenges facing this project was the fast-paced schedule: to complete a 1.2 million SF facility in less than a year. Throughout the preconstniction phase to closeout, Atlas Flooring was an engaged team member who strived to exceed expectations at every step in the process. From developing creative value engineering alternatives, to aligning the workforce necessary to complete they scope ahead of schedule, and to finishing the detail-oriented closeout stage of their scope promptly and effectively, we could not have asked for a better partner for this project.

Atlas Flooring was a true pleasure to work with on the Pinstripes Houston project. Pinstripes is a restaurant/bowling/bocce venue and the finish work involved is intricate and difficult. FCL Builders has done 10 of these around the country and we can truly say Atlas Flooring was the best flooring contractor we have worked with. They had all their materials ready when needed and manned the project with skilled trades persons who fulfilled our difficult schedule requirements. They had two subcontractors for specialty trades (waterproofing and concrete infill) and they managed them well. The quality of their work was the best we have seen in recent projects by far. We would highly recommend them and would welcome the chance to work with them again anytime.
